The role supports the National Probation Service’s training team by delivering comprehensive administrative support, coordinating training events, analysing data, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure the quality delivery of probation qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support for the Divisional Training Team, including photocopying, typing, amending and processing documents, minute taking and responding to queries.
  • Act as Local Training Coordinator to administer training events on HR systems, ensuring learner records are up to date and produce required reports.
