- Lead and support the delivery of OPG's People Plan priorities, taking ownership of key workstreams that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
- Provide line management for two Executive Officers, including managing workflow, supporting development and ensuring delivery against team priorities.
- Develop and deliver engaging communications and events that promote OPG's People Promise, with a particular focus on wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
