  • Overview of the role

The post holder is a member of the Performance and Quality Team within the Business As Usual team, supporting them with the provision of high quality management information tools and providing a flexible analytical resource to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business intelligence tools and reports.
  • Act as account manager for analytical requests from the NPS division, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and translating them into analytical work.
  • Build strong working relationships within the team and with other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain management information dashboards for use within the NPS directorate and division.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests, ensuring efficient report production.
  • Assist in the preparation, delivery, and review of training programmes.
  • Support performance management of LDU clusters through information provision and analysis of trends.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and help implement performance plans.
  • Support continuous quality improvement and implement best‑practice initiatives internally.
  • Develop tools to assist with monitoring compliance with quality systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnership working across teams.
  • Provide information, feedback, and advice to support decision makers.
  • Mange own resources and professional development.
  • Support diversity and equality initiatives within the service.
  • Assist in project management by providing analytical tools and maintaining communication with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate experience of stakeholder management, maintaining information and administrative systems including databases, and experience of quality systems and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject (or appropriate practical experience).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point) or equivalent.

The Mo J offers hybrid working arrangements where business need allows.

This flexible working can blend working from a base location, different Mo J sites, and/or from home.

The role can only be worked in the UK.

Standard full‑time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding unpaid breaks.

Part‑time, flexible and job‑sharing arrangements may be considered where they meet the demands of the role and business needs.
