Responsibilities
- Ensure all processes run efficiently and maintain systems properly.
- Collect and prepare probation information for case files.
- Handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation using strong communication skills in a busy environment.
Working Arrangements
Full time: 37 hours per week (excluding unpaid breaks). Hybrid working arrangements may be available where business need allows. Part‑time, flexible and job‑sharing patterns are considered under the HMPPS Flexible Working policy.
