This is an administrative role within the Offender Management administrative hub, providing support to court services and maintaining administration systems. The position is rotational, non‑operational, and carries no line‑management duties.
Responsibilities, Activities and Duties
- Process and prepare the following paperwork for the Hub Manager:
- Bail applications
- Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL)
- Offender Assessment and Sentence Management (OaSys)
- Multi‑Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA)
- Re‑categorisation
- Sentence calculations, including initial checks
- Appeals
- Adjudications
- Parole applications and Legal Correspondence
- Licence Applications
- Resettlement overnight Release
- Risk to Children / Safeguarding Children
- Harassment / Restraining Orders
- Category A administration
- Recall paperwork
- Public Protection
- Organise, produce and maintain accurate records for the area of work
- Act as contact point for all team communications, prioritising and distributing them to the appropriate person or department
- Complete monitoring returns
- Input requisitions into the finance database and process them accordingly
- Coordinate awareness sessions as required
- Prepare paperwork for checking by the Manager and conduct sentence calculations when needed
- Correspond with stakeholders and agencies to ensure clear information sharing
- Maintain and check establishment databases, manual filing systems and logs, responding within agreed timescales and producing reports as required
- Collate information relating to Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs)
- Act as secretary to meetings, organising agenda, taking and distributing minutes and action points

Working Arrangements & Further Information
Hybrid working arrangements are offered where business needs allow. The role must be based in the UK. Working hours are standard full‑time (37 hours per week, excluding unpaid breaks) with option for part‑time or flexible arrangements where appropriate.
