The Ministry of Justice (OPG) is seeking a senior procurement and L&D lead to drive end-to-end external learning provision. You will act as the L&D SME on procurement, advise on market routes, and manage relationships with external providers and partners.
You will oversee the central L&D budget, forecast spend, and lead the development of a central programme of learning interventions to build capability across OPG and MoJ. Hybrid working with UK-based offices is expected.
