Overview
The post holder will work within the regional Electronic Monitoring team to develop and build expertise in one area and influence performance improvement across the region.
The role requires collaboration with Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) and PDU staff to drive improvements in electronic monitoring recording and to embed the Electronic Monitoring strategy regionally.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the regional Electronic Monitoring team, EMS, and PDU staff to deliver improvements in electronic monitoring recording.
- Embed the Electronic Monitoring strategy across the region through joint work and coordinated activities.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and support regional delivery objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience relevant to electronic monitoring or related performance-improvement roles.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence improvements in a multi-site environment.
- Assessment of experience will be conducted via defined methods, including Changing and Improving; Delivering at Pace; Developing Self and Others; Managing a Quality Service; Making Effective Decisions.
- Working Arrangements
Working arrangements are hybrid, subject to business needs.
The role can be based in the UK and is not eligible to be worked overseas.
Arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate and reviewed regularly.
Standard full-time hours are 37 hours per week excluding unpaid breaks.

Location and Compensation
For nationally advertised roles, the appointment will be to a Mo J office location (nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office).
A London allowance may apply and will be discussed at interview.
