Overview

Programme Facilitator delivering rehabilitative interventions to people on probation through accredited programmes and structured interventions. The role is primarily undertaken in the evenings and requires travel to various locations within a large regional area.

Salary: £26,475 base with unsocial hour premiums – 30% for evenings and 50% for Saturdays. Annual pay progression through CBF is possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver group work and individual sessions to people subject to Community Orders or after release from prison.
  • Provide accredited programmes and structured interventions focused on reducing re‑offending and supporting behavioural change.
  • Manage group dynamics, address challenging behaviour and keep accurate records.
  • Monitor progress, risk and wellbeing across the intervention lifecycle.
  • Support courts and external agencies through briefings and workshops for staff and stakeholders.
  • Travel to various programme sites; base within a large regional area.
  • Participate in training and professional development, including completion of a six‑month probationary period and assessed training.

Additional Information

  • Work hours: 37 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required.
