Role

Your role will support the delivery of change implementation across a portfolio of work, collaborating closely with central projects, change leads and regional operational leads.

You will help prepare the business for change impacts, manage and implement change activities, and champion continuous improvement using standard tools and frameworks.

You will act as a bridge between projects and business users to ensure activities are supported and delivered, enabling the business to realise agreed benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and support the implementation of change activities across projects.
  • Collaborate with central projects, change leads, and regional operational leads.
  • Serve as a change champion, promoting continuous improvement practices.
  • Provide capability building and role‑model use of change tools and templates.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and business users to deliver agreed change.
  • Support the integration of Government Online Skills Tool (GOST) where applicable.
  • Deliver on projects in line with HMCTS priorities and demand.

Qualifications

  • A hands‑on change agent with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Experience in change management, continuous improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Diplomatic and collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Capability to build trusted relationships and networks across the organisation.
  • Commitment to delivering the development, standardisation, and professionalisation of the End‑to‑End Integrated change function.
  • Location & Travel

Postholder can be based at any location in the Midlands Region; regular travel to other Midlands locations is required.

Additional information

Hybrid working is required: minimum 60% office presence in accordance with Mo J policy.
