Case Administrators play a vital support role in probation teams, helping to keep the public safe and giving people the chance to turn their lives around. You must have the right to work in the UK and Civil Service. This role is not eligible for a new Skilled Worker visa. If you apply to be a case administrator and you have not held a Skilled Worker visa prior to 22 July 2025, you will need to consider your options for obtaining and/or maintaining your right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- All processes run efficiently.
- Systems are maintained properly.
- Probation information is collated and prepared for case files.
- Use strong communication skills to handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation in a busy environment.
Working Arrangements:
Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows. Some roles may not be suitable for Hybrid Working. Appointments will be made to MoJ office locations including nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office.
