About the Role
This position is a Senior Administrative Officer within the Staff Engagement and Communications team, where you will be a key interface between Business Managers, colleagues and partners on a wide range of issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide line management for the Receptionist, Case Administrators and other administrative staff.
- Deliver clear and engaging communication and support engagement across the organisation.
- Collaborate with other teams and manage cross‑functional projects using Agile methodologies.
- Ensure deadlines are met by multitasking and applying innovative solutions.
- Occasional travel across the region.
- Support business delivery and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organised, proactive and capable of approaching challenges creatively.
- Experience with line management is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodology is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Annual salary of £26,475 with progression opportunities.

- Annual leave: 25 days at appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years.
