Role Overview

The Business Manager supports delivery across a wide geographical footprint, overseeing Probation OMiC and Pre‑Release Teams across 15 prisons in the East of England.

Responsibilities

  • Engage regularly with Senior Leadership Teams across all prisons, as well as Prison Group Directors and Probation senior leaders.
  • Provide specialist support for regional coordination, governance and emerging operational pressures related to prison‑based resettlement.
  • Travel occasionally to different sites to enable effective oversight, assurance and partnership working.

  • Turkish nationals, and certain family members of Turkish nationals, who have accrued the right to work in the Civil Service
