The MoJ offers hybrid working arrangements where feasible, blending working from base location, MoJ sites, and/or from home. This role can only be performed within the UK. Some roles may not be suitable for hybrid working, and arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon with the successful candidate(s). Successful candidates will be appointed to a MoJ office location, potentially including Justice Collaboration Centres or Satellite Offices, as discussed during pre-employment checks. Terms and conditions are subject to change as part of Civil Service reform. New staff will transfer onto the new MoJ terms if they are already on \’modernised\’ terms, or onto \’unmodernised\’ terms otherwise. Details will be provided if an offer is made. Standard full-time hours are 37 per week, excluding unpaid breaks. MoJ welcomes part-time, flexible, and job-sharing arrangements where suitable. If you are a current NPS employee, this role may be available on a loan basis for up to 2 years, subject to approval.
