We're recruiting for a Strategy Implementation Lead here at Justice Digital, Data and Science to be part of our warm and collaborative Strategic Priorities Unit. The Strategic Priorities Unit plays a central role in supporting the effective running of Justice Digital, Data and Science (JDDS), working closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic priorities are translated into delivery. The Unit operates at the centre of the organisation, providing coordination, insight and targeted intervention to support delivery across JDDS.

This role operates across the full JDDS system, overseeing and actively shaping the implementation of the multi-year strategy. You will ensure that strategic commitments are progressing, risks and dependencies are understood, and delivery remains aligned to organisational priorities. You will not directly deliver programmes or services. This is a high-profile and varied role, requiring the ability to operate across a wide range of subject areas, work at pace, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders. You will need strong judgement, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing delivery challenges.
