Overview
The Diary Manager will support the Head of Community Integration within The Community Accommodation Service (CAS). The role is varied and the main responsibilities will include diary management, scheduling meetings, mailbox monitoring, booking travel, setting meeting agendas and minute taking. There will also be ad-hoc admin tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual to become part of a growing team.
Although initially linked to Community Integration, the Diary Manager will also be available for the Head of Operations should there be the requirement.
This is an 18-month temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
