Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our operational team on a job-share basis, working Wednesday to Friday each week, at 60% FTE. The Judicial Appointments Commission is responsible for recruiting judges and tribunal members, ensuring processes are fair, inclusive, and robust. The Quality Assurance Manager will review and oversee recruitment materials, liaise with judges and panels, lead feedback processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and ensure quality standards of shortlisting and selection materials.
- Collaborate with judges on drafting recruitment materials.
- Oversee candidate assessment reports and support panel members.
- Present materials to senior stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment day observation programs.
- Lead candidate feedback processes.
- Identify and present opportunities for process improvements.
Essential Criteria
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in quality assurance or transferable skills.
- Proficiency in learning new software quickly.
