Job Title: Medical Aesthetic Practitioner
Location: Leeds / Harrogate
Employment Type: Self-employed / Part-time / Full-time
Minimum Commitment: 3 clinic days per week
Salary:
- Full clinic day (9 hours, including 1-hour break): £150
- Half clinic day (4 hours): £75
- Plus 10% commission on all treatments performed
- Example earning potential: £34,000+ (2 days/week) | £52,000+ (3 days/week) | £68,000+ (4 days/week)

About the Role
As a Medical Aesthetic Practitioner, you will deliver safe, effective, and exceptional aesthetic treatments while providing an outstanding client experience. You will work with an established and growing client base, supported by experienced colleagues, modern facilities, and a business committed to your long-term professional development.
This role is ideal for practitioners who are passionate about natural results, patient care, and building a successful career within medical aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history and treatment planning
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual client goals
- Deliver aesthetic treatments safely and confidently, including:Anti-wrinkle treatments, Dermal fillers, Skin rejuvenation treatments, Chemical peels, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Skin boosters and advanced treatments where appropriate
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment advice
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and consent documentation
- Take high-quality before and after photographs
- Uphold exceptional standards of safety, hygiene, and patient care
- Contribute to clinic growth through social media content and client engagement
- Assist with client enquiries and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetics experience
- Recognised foundation aesthetics training
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
- Passion for delivering natural, safe results
- A professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
