Leadership

Be a proactive member of EUSTON’s Programme Management Team.
Inspire, motivate, and engage with the Joint Programme Team, including Navy Command, HMNB Clyde, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA) to establish a positive working environment and empower teams.
Provide support to the Line Manager, Programme Controls and Integration Manager, Programme Management Team, and Clyde Capital Programmes Programme Management Office Team to proactively deliver departmental outputs.

Governance

Support with the design and implementation of governance.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Set agendas, commission inputs, take and disseminate minutes, capture actions, decisions, and assumptions, to an agreed timeframe.
Draft slide packs.
Track action status reports.
Engage with the CCP PMO to ensure alignment in governance and to seek best-practice.

Reporting

Support Programme reporting by collating/populating information, commissioning inputs, and quality assuring returns (ensuring no spelling errors, uniform document formatting, adherence to templates/guidance documents).
Support both EUSTON Programme Management Team and the CCP PMO with the development of reporting templates, tools, and guidance.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting practices/processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain effective relationships with Board members, senior stakeholders, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for governance-related queries and issues.
Support with the management of stakeholder requirements for senior-level support.

Administrative Support

Manage the circulation of documentation across the Programme.
Mailbox management – including monitoring and coordinating responses relating to the work of the Team and distributing information and communications.
Act as a point of contact for updating documents (e.g. decision log).
Manage the timely completion of submissions, including stakeholder input.
Support Team members with tasks such as SharePoint document storage and information collation for newsletters.
Events organisation – workshops, meetings, Boards.
Support visitor arrangements to MoD establishments/travel.
Provide administrative support to new starters (arrange IT kit, access to systems).
Other duties asked by the line manager and commensurate with the grade’.
