Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) is a vibrant and fast-paced organisation which aims to provide the absolute best primary healthcare to members of the Armed Forces and other entitled personnel. Our MOD Dentists aim to maximise the deployability of the Population at Risk, providing clinical outputs, improving, and managing the dental health and operational fitness of service personnel for whom they are responsible.
Within your contracted weekly hours, 2 hours may be attributed to nonclinical activities including practice meetings, training, and personal administration. The remainder of the contracted hours are to be utilised to provide clinical outputs and work will be directed towards improving and maintaining the dental health and operational fitness of personnel for whom you are responsible.

When it comes to delivering outstanding patient care, our motivated Ministry Of Defence (MOD) Dentists make all the difference.
We currently have 3 positions available: 1 full time at Tidworth, 1 full time at Larkhill, and 1 part time role at Tidworth. Full time is 37 hours per week and the part time role is 14.75 hours per week. All requests to work flexibly will be considered, allowing for business needs, and reviewed annually. The salary will be pro-rata where part-time hours are undertaken.
