With studios in London and Istanbul, we’re expanding our team—and we’re looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring efforts for top-tier SFMC talent, creatives, and strategists.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) developers, CRM strategists, designers, and creative talent.
- Build strong partnerships with team leads to understand evolving role needs and capabilities across the studio.
- Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment networks, and creative communities.
- Screen candidates with an understanding of both technical requirements (especially for SFMC roles) and creative capabilities.
- Manage our recruitment pipeline and applicant tracking system, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Represent Ministry of CRM with clarity, energy, and professionalism in interviews and outreach.
- Support onboarding and team culture initiatives alongside the People & Culture team.
- Help shape our employer brand in the UK market.
Design and manage processes for:
- Performance tracking and OKRs: Collaborate with team leads to define, communicate, and track objectives.
- Employee loyalty initiatives: Develop internal programs to support engagement, retention, and recognition.
- Training needs analysis: Identify development areas and coordinate learning opportunities for creative and technical teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a creative or digital agency setting.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud roles and CRM (Email Marketing) industry dynamics.
- Familiarity with technical hiring processes for SFMC Developers, Technical Architects, and CRM Strategists, and Project Managers.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a growing international team.
- Familiarity with OKRs, performance management frameworks, and Learning & Development program design.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting in both UK and EU markets.
- Established network within CRM, Martech, or digital design talent pools.
- Familiarity with tools like Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever.
