Misión
Coordinación, conducción y promoción de la implementación e inserción de las políticas, programas y proyectos de la institución en el territorio nacional, estableciendo puente de comunicación entre la ciudadanía y el Servicio.
- Responsabilidades
- Diseñar la estrategia de implementación de la política pública a nivel local.
- Liderar el proceso de fortalecimiento de la intervención comunal y/o regional SENDA.
- Fortalecer las redes institucionales internas y externas para la adecuada implementación de la oferta programática de SENDA.
- Generar acciones de difusión que propicien una comunicación fluida entre las Direcciones Regionales y el Nivel Central y con las organizaciones relacionadas.
- Diseñar plan de mejora continua para el fortalecimiento de la División.
- Diseñar e implementar programa relativo a los procesos de la División.
- Apoyar la implementación de un programa de capacitación a los equipos de las áreas de Contacto Ciudadano, Gestión y Desarrollo territorial.
- Promover la participación ciudadana a nivel local y liderar la implementación de la Norma de Participación Ciudadana de la Institución.
- Diseñar instrumentos para garantizar la participación ciudadana.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de la Norma de Participación Ciudadana de la Institución.
- Requisitos Legales
- Título profesional con al menos 10 semestres de duración, otorgado por universidad u instituto profesional del Estado o reconocido.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de cinco años en sector público o privado; tres años si posee grado de Magíster y dos años si posee grado de Doctor.
- Experiencia y Conocimientos Deseados
- Experiencia en ejecución y evaluación de programas de interés público a nivel nacional, regional o local.
- Conocimiento en prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de drogas y alcohol.
- Experiencia mínima de dos años en cargos de jefatura o coordinación de equipos.
