Position: Directeur d'Alliance française / Chargé de mission (Coordination des Alliances Françaises) (F/H) – Alliance Française de Manchester, Royaume-Uni.
Responsabilités principales
- Contrôler et orienter le fonctionnement de l’Alliance dans tous ses domaines d’activité.
- Assurer la gestion financière de l'Alliance, élaborer un budget prévisionnel, suivre les comptes et rendre compte au conseil d'administration.
- Elaborer et impulser la stratégie de l’établissement : développement et diversification de l’offre de cours, professionnalisation des équipes, rentabilisation des locaux, adoption de la démarche qualité, modernisation des outils et méthodes de travail.
- Mettre en place des outils d’analyse, de suivi et d’évaluation, préparer des rapports réguliers d’activité.
- Gérer et animer une équipe d'une vingtaine de personnes, coordonner l’équipe d’enseignants et veiller à l'élaboration et la mise en place de l’offre pédagogique.
- Contrôler le bon déroulement des sessions DELF-DALF et organiser les sessions du TEF.
- Programmer, organiser et animer les activités culturelles de l'Alliance, développer les partenariats universitaires et culturels, contrôler la gestion de la média-thèque.
- En tant que coordinateur du réseau des Alliances françaises britanniques : animer et coordonner les 11 AF britanniques, représenter la Fondation des Alliances françaises auprès de l’Ambassade et des partenaires, veiller au respect de l’éthique associative et accompagner le développement du réseau.
- Définir les orientations annuelles du réseau des AF, suivre leur mise en œuvre et rendre compte au SCAC.
- Maintenir à jour les données concernant les inscriptions aux cours, les heures vendues et les besoins des équipes du réseau.
- Participer aux dépôts de projets coordonnés par l’Ambassade, mobiliser le réseau des AF, organiser les réunions du réseau.
Qualifications et expérience requises
- Niveau Master 2 ou équivalent.
- Expérience dans un milieu associatif et de sa gouvernance (relation CA).
- Compétences en communication et marketing.
- Expérience avérée en management d’une équipe et direction d’un établissement.
- Expérience de levée de fonds et/ou de mécénats.
- Bonne connaissance du CECR, de la pédagogie par projet et de l’approche actionnelle.
