Sous l’autorité de l’ambassadeur, du conseiller de coopération et d’action culturelle (COCAC) et sous la responsabilité du conseiller adjoint de coopération et d’action culturelle (CACAC)/attaché de coopération éducative (ACE), vous mettrez en œuvre une politique de coopération éducative et linguistique de nature à promouvoir la langue française en Angleterre, Irlande du Nord, Pays de Galles et sur les îles Anglo‑Normandes, en lien étroit avec votre homologue ACPF en Écosse.

Activités principales

  • Faciliter la création de sections bilingues dans le système scolaire (suivi et animation d’un groupe de travail dans le cadre du Plan Ecole, accompagnement des candidatures au label LabelFrancEducation) et accompagner leur développement.
  • Initier et coordonner des actions de promotion du français et de la francophonie auprès des écoles (concours scolaires, opérations de valorisation des langues).
  • Organiser et animer des formations pour les enseignants du primaire au secondaire (French Teachers’ Days, ALL June event, Language World, etc. tout au long de l’année).
  • Contribuer à l’offre in‑situ et en ligne de l’Institut français de Londres et la diffuser auprès des établissements scolaires et universitaires.
  • Contribuer à développer et promouvoir les ressources pédagogiques de l’Institut français du Royaume‑Uni (Culturethèque, IFprofs, IFcinéma, Primary French Project, plaidoyers pour le français et pour l’enseignement bilingue, offre des school activities) et les certifications DELF‑DALF auprès des établissements scolaires locaux / des autorités éducatives locales.
  • Suivre le programme des assistants de langue.
  • Soutenir les associations FLAM : formation continue des intervenants, soutien logistique, aide à la création de nouvelles structures, suivi des demandes de financement (AEFE, STAFE), animation du réseau via la fédération Parapluie FLAM.
  • Superviser la coordination du réseau des Alliances françaises en lien avec le Directeur/la directrice de l’AF Manchester (besoins en formation, encourager les actions de coopération éducative et linguistique en relais de la politique du SCAC/IFRU).
  • Participer à l’animation de réseaux : FLAM, LabelFrancEducation, enseignants de français (via IFprofs et les associations locales), Groupe Francophonie UK.
  • Être « référent démarche qualité » pour le Royaume‑Uni.

Diplômes ou expérience professionnelle recommandée pour exercer les fonctions

  • Master FLE ou didactique des langues; formation nécessaire en gestion de projets éducatifs.
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise et expérience avérée dans le réseau culturel à l’étranger indispensables.
