Sous l’autorité du conseiller de coopération et d'action culturelle (COCAC) / directeur de l'Institut français d'Inde (IFI), vous pilotez la politique de coopération en matière de livre et débat d’idées. Vous assurez la promotion de la pensée française et la mise en place d’une stratégie des Industries culturelles et créatives (ICC) dans le domaine du livre, à travers le renforcement des liens entre professionnels de l'édition, la visibilité des auteurs et intellectuels français au sein des grands festivals et foires du livre et l'organisation de débats d’idées.
Activités principales :
- Concevoir, négocier et mettre en place des projets de coopération bilatérale dans le cadre de la politique définie par l'ambassadeur et le COCAC.
- Analyser les priorités de l’action en termes de structuration des marchés, de diffusion du livre et de la pensée française.
- Accompagner la coopération éditoriale entre professionnels français et britanniques du livre, à travers notamment le développement de réseaux professionnels touchant l’ensemble de la chaîne du livre.
- Définir et mettre en place une programmation culturelle et budgétaire annuelle, et en particulier la programmation des deux festivals annuels « Beyond Words » et « South Ken Kids ».
- Développer des actions dans le domaine du débat d'idées en partenariat avec les organismes locaux (think tanks, société civile) et en liens avec les équipes du SCAC et de l’Ambassade.
- Développer des relations avec les autorités locales, les opérateurs français et avec les bénéficiaires des actions de coopération.
- Développer des réseaux professionnels et sociaux afin de promouvoir la visibilité de la coopération.
- Suivre des actions financées sur crédits publics notamment en matière d’aide à la coopération.
- Rechercher des financements et lever des fonds auprès de bailleurs publics et privés.
Diplômes ou expérience professionnelle recommandée :
- Master II, formation en SHS et/ou littérature, doctorat apprécié.
- Professionnel de l'édition, de la gestion de projet, connaissance et goût marqué pour le débat d'idées, l’actualité éditoriale et la recherche.
- Connaissance du paysage éditorial au Royaume-Uni.
- Expérience à l'international et/ou dans le réseau appréciée.
