Overview
Primary function.-To lead the church youths to grow larger by providing kingdom leadership training.. General function.-To work with and under the direction of the senior pastor as a member of the pastoral team to enable the church youths to focus on the Great Commission and to equip the church youths to carry out the five functions of the New Testament church: evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and worship.
Responsibilities
- To lead members of the church to a deeper commitment of personal evangelism; officiating Holy communion service, Christening, Baptism for new youths converts.
- To give oversight and direction to the ministries of the church youths, including but not limited to: The Sunday School Outreach Special Evangelism Events Missions Ministering.
- The applicant duties includes ability to preach the word of God and deliver Sermons to the youth in a lames man language.
- The applicant will coordinate with the senior pastor and leadership team to plan and implement a vital, comprehensive outreach ministry for the congregation to reach people of all ages with Christian love and healing and street mission. The applicant must be able to train/develop our youths to grow n the word of God and counsel them about daily living.
- The applicant must be able to lead the youth to organise an outreach and reach out to youth like them in the world.
- The applicant must have the knowledge of how to deal with youth of this modern age
- The applicant must be able to set a goals for the youth growth (in faith and numbers) and fellowship.
- The applicant must be good in organising training for the youth for their growth and support.
- The applicant must be able to lead the youth in all kinds of services outlined by the church.
- The applicant will engage with others ministers to carry out programs of membership care, including plans for growth in devotional life and distribution of devotional materials.
- Must be able to accept other additional duties as directed by the management.
