Summary:
- Capable of leading congregation in regular worship and Sunday services.
- Able to organise conventions and capable of preaching, teaching the Bible articulately, and leading prayers.
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must be able to create tangible tasks out of conceptual ideas and delegate to the proper team members.
- Good at creating a strategic vision for marketing or evangelising through media the Church's desires, visions, and concepts to the community.
- Must have good communication skills to manage clients or people's concerns.
- Must be able to determine the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies.
- Experienced at monitoring online and offline ad campaigns (e.g. on radio, TV, websites, magazines, and billboards).
- Must regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs).
- Optimise advertising strategies for varying audiences and channels.
- Must have the ability to manage and combine data.
- Well-versed in biblical doctrines to grow church members in spirit and moral concepts.
- Ready to participate in weekly ministry staff meetings.
- Able to understand and speak Yoruba language fluently.
- Flexible enough to relocate to other branches of the church if duty demands it.
