We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn and excited about developing their skills in a supportive workplace. You'll become part of our Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Facilities Management team, gaining valuable experience while studying towards a recognised qualification. You don't need previous experience in these areas - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a busy and supportive team while working towards your Business Administration qualification. You'll provide administrative support across a range of activities, helping to ensure our colleagues have a safe, healthy and efficient working environment. You'll get involved in:

  • Organising meetings, calendars and inboxes
  • Taking notes and tracking actions to support projects and team activities
  • Supporting health, safety, wellbeing and facilities management initiatives
  • Assisting with events, campaigns and workplace activities
  • Maintaining records and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support for workplace inspections and audits
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and sharing your ideas

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues while developing valuable skills that will help you build your future career.
