About the Role
- Support the definition, agreement, and implementation of a contract management playbook, providing guidance in line with Government Standards and best practices.
- Assist the Learning and Development team in defining training levels for colleagues with contract management responsibilities.
- Develop learning pathways using the Government Contract Management Capability, Government Campus.
- Establish a cost management framework and strategy, identifying suitable tools and resources.
- Conduct independent cost reviews across project lifecycles, including supplier proposals and market comparisons.
- Evaluate and approve costs in project reports, considering options, benefits, and risks to influence strategies.
- Support project managers with specifications, contractual requirements, pricing, and contract condition reviews.
