About The Role

The Facilities & EHS Manager plays a central role in ensuring that our workplaces are safe, efficient, and well‑maintained. This position oversees facilities operations, environmental health and safety programs, and physical security for our EMEA locations supporting +500 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and productive work environment. Manage building maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Coordinate space planning, office moves, furniture layouts, and workplace improvements. Monitor facility budgets, procurement, and cost‑saving initiatives. Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, access control) operate reliably and efficiently.
  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS): Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs. Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Lead emergency preparedness planning, including drills, training, and documentation. Maintain regulatory compliance with applicable standards and reporting. Provide EHS training and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Security & Access Control: Oversee physical security systems, including access badges, visitor management, and surveillance. Partner with IT and HR on security protocols, incident response, and policy enforcement. Manage relationships with security vendors and guard services (if applicable). Monitor and improve security procedures to protect employees, assets, and facilities.

Required Knowledge And Experience

Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one job area. Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline, with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization. Requires a bachelor degree. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
