About The Role
We are looking for an independent, talented Patient Services Representative who can provide product support to our customers using our equipment in Finland.
If you are emotionally intelligent and empathetic, you may be our next support representative to join our dedicated customer services team in Watford.
You will be supporting patients using our devices for diabetes care and you will be part of a wider team that speaks various languages, making this truly a global opportunity within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to patients, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel, responding to product‑related questions and delivering safe and reliable support regarding order entry, delivery status, and order queries.
- Accurately and consistently document patient feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
- Ensure on or above‑target compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
- Required Knowledge and Experience
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Effective multi‑tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during calls).
- 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
