Are you a Veterinary Surgeon seeking a fresh challenge in a weekend role? If you have a passion for Emergency & Critical Care and are keen to work with a diverse and interesting caseload, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at the MiNightVet clinic in Hillsborough, County Down, Northern Ireland. This role supports our outstanding day team at Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital, providing out-of-hours care for a wide network of local first-opinion practices. You'll also be involved in managing inpatients from Northern Ireland Veterinary Specialists and Cromlyn House itself. We are proud of our high standards of care and are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence. Cromlyn House is a fully equipped, RCVS-accredited Veterinary Hospital, offering a supportive and professional environment to thrive in.
The Team: You will enjoy working with an energetic, motivated and experienced team of Vets, Nurses and support staff providing triage and intensive care at an excellent standard to a variety of interesting cases involving both emergency patients and in-patients.
Applicant requirements: This role would suit an experienced and confident Veterinary Surgeon with excellent communication and organisation skills, who can deliver high-quality care to emergency and critical patients.
Working Hours: This annualised contract is based on: 1:4 Saturday and Sundays Working hours 07:30 - 19:30 Two bank holidays per year.
