Are you a Vet that is in need of a change? Do you enjoy emergency work and would like to try nights? Salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience (DOE). 1 week on, 2 weeks off. Monday to Sunday. Night vet, Sole charge with an RVN and additional twilight PCA 7-11pm. You will be committed to 7:00pm to 8:00am shifts across the 1 week on 2 week off working pattern. You will also have the additional option of 2 x day time shifts (2 x weekend days) Saturday and Sunday 7:30am to 7:30pm leading up to your night shifts.

Ideally you will have experience with ECC (emergency and critical care) and/or 3+ years experience with small animal surgical consultation and procedures. Established in 1984, we are a small animal hospital in Gorleston providing 24-hour care. Our practice is easily accessible; we offer disabled access and on-site parking. Our friendly and experienced veterinary team provide the highest quality of veterinary care, surgery and treatment - along with regular check-ups and routine procedures.

We have a laboratory on-site as well as full diagnostic equipment including ultrasound, endoscopy and digital x-ray. Our clients also have access to radioactive iodine treatment at our sister practice - The Veterinary Surgery, Lowestoft. You would work alongside a dedicated night RVN and Twilight Patient Care Assistant in an RCVS accredited hospital and emergency services clinic.

We are based in Norfolk on the coast on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, but the shift pattern could suit someone based further away as accommodation can be provided during the working week. Support provided for study to certificate level. Additional benefits include pension and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
