We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global TA team for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines across our European Studios and growing business functions, directly supporting the future growth of Miniclip and our games.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider People Team to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Own end-to-end hiring across a variety of roles, developing tailored hiring strategies aligned to business needs and culture.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements, team dynamics and long-term workforce plans.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Boolean, X-Ray and other tools).
- Drive structured, efficient interview processes to ensure strong assessment quality and timely decisions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and consistent feedback.
- Use data to inform decisions, track KPIs, optimise pipelines and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to TA initiatives including talent mapping, market research and strengthening Miniclip’s EVP.

- Strong direct sourcing capability with creative and innovative talent attraction strategies.

- Comfortable running reports, building dashboards and improving TA systems and processes.
- Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
