We’re looking for a Privacy Manager who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and is motivated to turn privacy requirements into clear, scalable processes. In this role, you’ll execute key Privacy programs across the company, ensuring our products, studios, and operations meet the highest standards of data protection, compliance, and accountability.
What you will be doing at Miniclip:
- Lead the privacy roadmap: create gap analyses for studios, maintain and drive privacy roadmaps, coordinate activities, track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure consistent execution across studios.
- Policy & assessments: draft and update privacy policies, privacy and cookie notices, DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, guidelines and procedures; lead vendor due diligence, ROPA management and gap analyses; coordinate DPIAs with business, Legal and external DPOs.
- Knowledge gathering and communication: monitor new requirements globally and provide actionable summaries; lead execution of our communication program.
- Systems & processes: act as expert user and coordinator for TrustArc, Checks and other privacy tools; manage non‑player data access requests; set up procedures to improve privacy operations efficiency, including onboarding new tools.
- Privacy rights: coordinate deletion framework efforts, monitor data, improve processes, investigate errors; help with Data Subject Rights, including coordination of access requests.
- Stakeholder engagement: serve as point of contact for Privacy Guardians, align initiatives and follow‑ups; support group‑wide communications, training and awareness programs.
- Other projects: support regulatory‑related projects such as the AI Framework, Trust and Safety or Age Gating activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project and program management skills, ability to track, coordinate and deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Practical understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, etc.) and compliance processes.
- Hands‑on experience with privacy systems and tools such as TrustArc, Privado or equivalent.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to align technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies.
What we’d also love to see:
- IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or equivalent.
- Experience in mobile, gaming or digital industries.
- Legal background.
