What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Privacy Roadmap Management: Creation of Gap Analysis for studios. Maintain and drive Privacy roadmaps, coordinating different activities. Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure consistent execution across studios.
  • Policy & Assessments: Help draft and update relevant documents such as privacy policies, privacy and cookie notices, DPIAs, LIAs, TIAs, guidelines and procedures. Lead vendor due diligence, ROPA management, and gap analyses using TrustArc and other tools. Coordinate and support DPIAs with business, Legal, and external DPOs.
  • Knowledge Gathering and Communication: Monitor new requirements globally and provide actionable summaries. Lead execution of our communication program.
  • Systems & Processes: Act as expert user and coordinator for TrustArc, Checks and other privacy-related tools. Manage non-player data access requests in partnership with HR and Legal. Set up procedures to make our privacy operations more efficient, including onboarding new tools.
  • Privacy rights: Coordinate the Deletion Framework efforts, monitoring data, improving processes, coordinating with stakeholders to investigate errors or improve the process. Helping with Data Subject Rights, including coordination of access requests when needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as point of contact for Privacy Guardians, aligning on initiatives and follow-ups. Support group-wide comms, training, and awareness programs.
  • Other projects: Support other regulatory-related projects like the AI Framework, Trust and Safety or the Age Gating related activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong project and program management skills, with proven ability to track, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Practical understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, etc.) and compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Privacy systems and tools such as TrustArc, Privado, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and geographies, balancing operational execution with regulatory rigor.

What we'd also love to see:

  • IAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) or equivalent are a plus.
  • Experience in mobile, gaming, or digital industries is a strong plus.
  • Legal background is a strong plus.
