Purpose
Design, develop and execute on an employer brand and EVP strategy to attract and retain top talent aligned to our strategy, performance and achievements. Engaged to communicate who we are, what we do as a mobile gaming company into internal and external communications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employer brand project from concept to completion partnering with internal stakeholders. External agency support as and when required.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to understand the different studios and core functions to design and develop an authentic EVP that fits our culture and people.
- Develop the Miniclip voice that reflects us as a business and people. To maximise internally and externally with an approach to targeted audience segmentation when required.
- Develop frameworks for employees engaged with communications to use with ease and understand the respective employer brands, EVP, voice
- Align and enhance internal communications channels to be consistent with our EVP ensuring employees stay informed and engaged with company updates, initiatives, and events.
- Manage and mentor the Communications Advisor and Principal Artist in the design and delivery of digital media campaigns and engaging content (videos, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, etc.) to showcase our workplace culture and stories.
- Oversee and quality assure the company’s brand related social media e.g. careers page, social media presence, and external employer review platforms.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing efforts, ensuring job postings and candidate experiences align with our brand.
- Oversee internal and external events communications and other initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft key messages and presentations for company-wide communications.
- Monitor industry trends and employer brand best practices to keep us ahead in the mobile gaming, gaming and tech talent market.
- Continuously analyse performance data to optimise attraction channels and enhance overall internal engagement and recruitment efforts.
- Measure the effectiveness of attraction and retention strategies using dashboards and performance metrics, demonstrating ROI and contribution to broader business outcomes.
