As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and unlocking new commercial opportunities that directly impact Miniclip's continued successes. You will work on high-impact projects, help shape the future of our businesses, and be part of a team that is building the next wave of growth. The role offers significant scope for career progression and will involve regular travel – both domestically and internationally – as you build relationships, represent Miniclip, and close meaningful deals.

We are looking for a seasoned business development professional who knows how to drive deals from cold outreach through to signed contracts. Someone who brings grit and can stand on their grounds in high stake conversations, has a creative mindset, and a nose for opportunity. You will be expected to work independently, engage with senior stakeholders, and represent our businesses with confidence, flair, and resilience. This is not a hand-holding kind of role. You will be in the driver’s seat – shaping strategy, building relationships, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage new business opportunities for Miniclip across the gaming ecosystem (developers, platforms, publishers, IP holders, tech partners, etc.).
  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing high‑impact deals across IP, licensing, advertising, game development, publishing, and more.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure strategic alignment and cross‑functional efficiency.
  • Create compelling internal documentation and representations to evaluate and communicate new content and partnership opportunities across Miniclip's businesses.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks that speak directly to partners' needs.
  • Develop and nurture a strong, long‑term, strategic relationship with both existing and prospective partners.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline health.
  • Provide flexible support across the Commercial team for any ad hoc tasks or strategic initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Seasoned professional in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles (gaming industry strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing impactful deals.
  • Confident, pragmatic, resilient, and assertive – able to say no or challenge thinking when needed.
  • Independent operator who can self‑motivate, prioritise, and deliver in a fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
  • Natural networker and communicator – able to connect with people at all levels, especially C‑suite.
  • Strategic thinker who balances big‑picture vision with tactical execution.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.
  • Passion for games, gaming culture, and the business of fun.

The position is located in the London office.
