Miniclip is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the Commercial team in our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the best game companies in the world! As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives and unlock new commercial opportunities, shaping the future of our businesses. The role involves regular domestic and international travel, relationship building, and closing deals.

We are looking for a seasoned business development professional who knows how to drive deals from cold outreach to signed contracts. Bring grit, creativity, and resilience to high‑stake conversations. You will work independently, engage with senior stakeholders, and represent our businesses with confidence.

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and engage new business opportunities across the gaming ecosystem.
  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle across IP, licensing, advertising, game development, and publishing.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Create compelling internal documentation and representations for new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks that address partner needs.
  • Develop and nurture long‑term strategic relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline health.
  • Provide flexible support for ad‑hoc tasks or strategic initiatives across the Commercial team.

Required experience and attributes:

  • Seasoned professional in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles (gaming industry strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing impactful deals.
  • Confident, pragmatic, resilient, and assertive; not afraid to challenge thinking.
  • Independent operator who self‑motivates, prioritizes, and delivers in fast‑paced environments.
