We are looking for a Paralegal to join our global legal team and provide hands-on support across the full breadth of what we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your legal career as part of an in-house team with a genuinely varied and interesting workload – working directly with our lawyers on matters spanning commercial and corporate transactions, M&A, intellectual property, advertising and ad tech, data privacy, AI, and more.
We need someone who takes pride in accuracy, owns their work end to end, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. If you are the kind of person who spots what needs doing before being asked and follows through without being chased, this is the role for you.
Contract Administration- Own the NDA process end to end: triaging requests, drafting from templates, managing redlines under lawyer supervision, and driving execution and filing to completion.
- Carry out first-pass review of routine commercial documents against a defined checklist, escalating anything outside standard parameters to the relevant lawyer.
- Track contracts through execution, chasing signatures and keeping deals moving.
- Handle corporate compliance filings globally – working with registered agents and local providers to ensure annual returns, officer changes, and statutory register updates are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage KYC: maintaining entity-level packs and responding to KYC requests from banks, counterparties, and regulators promptly.
- Coordinate notarisation and apostille processes, liaising with notaries and local agents to manage authentication logistics.
- Coordinate takedown requests and enforcement actions across platforms, tracking submissions and outcomes through to resolution.
- Maintain IP registers and records, keeping trade mark portfolios, filing deadlines, and renewal dates current and flagging upcoming actions to the relevant lawyer.
- Liaise with external IP counsel and platform enforcement teams as directed, managing correspondence and maintaining an organised record of active and resolved matters.
- Support the legal team with IP clearance administration – collating search results, organising clearance records, and maintaining filing systems for trade mark and copyright materials.
- Provide day-to-day support to the GC and legal team: diary management, meeting coordination, document formatting, and general organisation.
- Coordinate with external counsel – instruction letters, matter tracking, and maintaining spend records.
- Keep legal team document systems in good order: consistent naming, version control, and archiving.
- Assist with ad hoc legal research and regulatory horizon-scanning as directed.
- 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, in-house or in private practice – you have real exposure to how legal work gets done, not just administrative support.
- Hands-on experience with NDA and contract administration at volume – you know the process inside out and can manage it independently within defined parameters.
- Familiarity with company secretarial work – Companies House filings, board resolutions, and statutory registers are not new concepts to you.
- Experience in a tech, gaming, media, or consumer digital business.
- Exposure to a CLM or legal matter management platform – comfortable being a power user of tools others have built.
- Experience coordinating with external counsel and managing invoices against a legal budget.
- Reliable: When you take something on, it is done correctly and on time, without needing to be chased. The lawyers hand off to you and move on.
- Precise: You notice errors before they leave the team. Accuracy in filings, deadlines, and records isn’t optional – you understand why it matters.
- Calm under volume: This is a busy team with a wide remit. You manage a full workload without cutting corners or needing constant re-prioritisation from above.
- Collaborative: You will work closely with the Legal Ops Manager, who owns the systems and processes, and with lawyers across all sub-teams.
- Curious: You are interested in what the documents you are managing actually mean and how the business works legally. You will build real knowledge over time, not just process familiarity.
