Finance Systems Lead

Over the past years, Miniclip has expanded significantly through new games, studios, and M&A activity, and is now one of the largest mobile game publishers in the world. As the company grows, the systems that power Finance must evolve alongside it - integrating new businesses, supporting global reporting, and enabling finance teams to operate efficiently across a rapidly scaling organization.

As Finance Systems Lead, you won’t just support finance systems - you’ll own the platform that powers Miniclip’s financial operations globally. With Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) at the heart of the financial landscape, you’ll shape the roadmap, ensure the system evolves with the business, and enable finance teams across the company to do their best work.

You’ll work with translating business needs into system capabilities while ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and ready to support growth across Miniclip’s global operations. Based in our London office (3/2 hybrid), you’ll report to the Head of Cloud & Enterprise Platforms, where you’ll lead your own small team.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Own and evolve Miniclip’s finance systems roadmap, translating business goals into prioritized initiatives and system improvements.
• Serve as a functional owner for D365 F&O: configuration governance, environment strategy, solution design, and issue resolution.
• Lead a small team of analysts and administrators, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
• Oversee master data strategy (e.g., chart of accounts, dimensions) and data quality; define standards and controls for creation and change.
• Partner with Finance leadership and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
• Support M&A by leading due diligence on target companies’ finance systems and processes, and later delivering post-close integrations into the group landscape.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve the efficiency of finance operations.
• Manage role-based access, segregation-of-duties, and audit evidence; ensure compliance with security and change-control policies while maintaining clear configuration records and system documentation.
• Ensure finance systems are ready for critical business cycles (month-end, quarter-end, annual reporting etc.), supported by clear process documentation and consistent ways of working across entities.

What are we looking for?

• Solid experience owning or managing finance systems or ERP platforms, ideally Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong understanding of finance processes, such as auditing, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and financial controlling.
• Experience translating finance and business requirements into system solutions, working closely with both finance stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience overseeing ERP integrations and adjacent platforms such as HR systems, billing platforms, or data/BI environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification highly desirable.
• Bonus Points: ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certifications.
