Our studio develops and publishes free-to-play mobile puzzle games. With titles including Puzzle Page, Picture Cross and One Clue Crossword, around half a million people play our games each day.
Delivering a positive gaming experience is our top priority. We’re looking for someone to help us create engaging in-game puzzle content, such as crosswords and word games, that will help drive player engagement and increase retention. Content management is a dynamic and evolving process meaning you’ll face unexpected challenges requiring you to be flexible and adaptable to change.
You’ll be a confident communicator who is keen to learn about and help develop our games. You will also help provide front-line support to our players understanding the impact satisfied and unsatisfied players have on our business.
What will you be doing?
Work with the Content Manager to:
- Produce new and innovative puzzle content across all of our games
- This includes creating, editing and testing puzzles
- Contribute new ideas for time-limited puzzle events
- Ensure content deadlines are met whilst delivering high-quality work
- Proofread and where necessary edit the work of fellow content creators
- Fact check and verify information and research
- Play test new content and features and report findings to QA
- Work closely with QA and developers, escalating any issues you cannot resolve
- Suggest ideas for improving player experience, our content and our processes
- Engage with players via social media platforms and promote in game events
- If required, assist the Player Support team by resolving any issues on first contact and within specified timeframes

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- An interest in puzzles and language
- Knowledge of various social media platforms
- A team-focused mindset, actively contributing and collaborating with colleagues to build strong working relationships and achieve success
- The ability to work independently whilst effectively managing own workload
- Experience working with Google Workspace and MS Office and an aptitude to learn new systems (our bespoke tools)
