Communications & Employer Branding Senior Lead

Description
Purpose: To design, develop, and execute an employer brand and EVP strategy that attracts and retains top talent aligned with our strategy, performance, and achievements. Responsible for communicating who we are and what we do as a mobile gaming company through internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employer brand projects from conception to completion, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed.
- Build stakeholder relationships to understand different studios and core functions, developing an authentic EVP that reflects our culture and people.
- Develop and promote the Miniclip voice that resonates internally and externally, utilizing targeted audience segmentation when necessary.
- Create frameworks for employees engaged in communications to easily understand and utilize our employer brands, EVP, and voice.
- Align and enhance internal communication channels to ensure consistency with our EVP, keeping employees informed and engaged.
- Manage and mentor the Communications Advisor and Principal Artist in designing and delivering digital media campaigns, including videos, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and more.
- Oversee and ensure quality of the company\’s brand-related social media, including careers pages and external employer review platforms.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment marketing, ensuring job postings and candidate experiences reflect our brand.
- Manage internal and external event communications and initiatives to strengthen company culture.
- Work with leadership to craft key messages and presentations for company-wide communication.
- Monitor industry trends and employer brand best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the mobile gaming, gaming, and tech talent markets.
- Continuously analyze performance data to optimize attraction channels and improve internal engagement and recruitment efforts.
- Measure the success of attraction and retention strategies using dashboards and metrics, demonstrating ROI and impact on broader business outcomes.
