About the Role:
We are looking for someone outgoing, friendly, polite, and efficient to join our Stanway pool team. As the first point of contact for our swimmers and their families, you will play a key role in ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and excellent customer service, both in person and through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting swimmers and families with a friendly and professional manner
- Managing existing customer accounts and responding to enquiries from potential and current swimmers
- Handling re-bookings and taking payments
- Answering calls, managing class cancellations, and logging enquiries
- Following up on enquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- Supporting the administration team with day-to-day office tasks
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, changing rooms, and poolside areas as needed
- Assisting with marketing and promotion of classes through social media
What We Are Looking For:
- A warm, approachable personality with great people skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computers and administrative systems
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
