We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our Baby & Toddler Room team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who truly values the early years and wants to be part of a setting that celebrates individuality, imagination and the joy of childhood.
As an Early Years Educator at Mini Explorers, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating and loving environment where our youngest children feel secure, confident and eager to explore. You will support their emotional wellbeing, encourage early communication and guide their learning through playful, child-led experiences inspired by the EYFS framework and the outdoors.
Your role will include:
- Supporting babies and toddlers through nurturing, responsive care
- Creating meaningful learning experiences through play and exploration
- Planning and delivering engaging activities both indoors and outdoors
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Observing, assessing and celebrating developmental milestones
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and passionate team
We are looking for someone who is warm, enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality early years care. You will have a genuine passion for working with young children and thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above) - Essential
- Experience in an early years setting, ideally with under 2s - Desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A love of outdoor learning in all weathers
- A flexible, positive and proactive attitude
