Coaches and assistant coaches are needed at Mini Athletics BEST (Bury, Ely, Swaffham and Thetford). Are you passionate about inspiring young children through imagination, sports and athletics? We are hiring coaches to join our team! This is an incredible part‐time opportunity for individuals who love working with kids and seek a rewarding job as we look to expand our classes. Experience is not essential, just the right personality, a can‐do attitude and reliability. We can teach you everything you need to know!

The Role (in brief)

  • Help develop children's fundamental skills through the use of athletic‐type skill games and movement.
  • Inspire and bring young children into a new land of physical adventure by teaching, supporting and engaging with them throughout the sessions.
  • Lead and deliver the Mini Athletics lesson plans with confidence and enthusiasm in a fun and structured environment using equipment and apparatus provided.
  • Ensure the classes are fun and exciting for children and parents.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all participants and parents.
  • Handle customer enquiries and pass on where required.
