Deliver training courses to the required standard, meeting the expectations of the customer and awarding bodies. Provide learner led, interactive and engaging training in line with the MRSL principles of training delivery. Enjoy working as part of a team Arrangements Salary in the range of £33,637.50 to £40,000 dependent on qualifications and experience, for a 40-hour week*. * excludes 30 minutes unpaid lunch each day Work Location / Schedule Based at the Paisley Site Monday to Friday*** Generally in the hours 8am to 5pm (flexibility may be required to meet customer requirements) *** some weekend work may be required to meet customer needs, where required, time off in lieu will be given Hear from one of our team about what it is like working for us. For those that choose to joint MRS you will have the opportunity to shape the development of the new site, and the way we deliver training. Ideally you will have relevant teaching experience and knowledge, including: A training qualification L3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or equivalent. Teaching experience which is relevant (6160 suite of Confined Space, Working at Height, First Aid etc.) An assessing qualification, L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or equivalent. Industry knowledge and experience. Qualified in English and Mathematics to a minimum of level 2. IT skills which will support the delivery of training and the development of training material. Full UK driving licence.
