Job Title: Physiotherapist Functional Assessor Location: Glasgow Job Type: Hybrid Permanent/ Mon-Fri, 9-5 hours (Remote 2 days) Part-time available. You will carry out assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects their daily life and produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. A HCPC-registered adult physiotherapist with at least 1 year’s broad post-registration experience in the UK Someone comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports An expert clinician comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including complex cases and mental health conditions This role is a great opportunity for registered physiotherapists to develop their clinical knowledge and hone their assessment skills further, all while helping people move forward with their lives. Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person\’s disability or health condition affects their daily life Produce Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine a person’s eligibility for benefits Develop your clinical knowledge and assessment skills with the support of regular feedback and supervision Great Benefits Package Competitive Salary: £41,500 per annum Opportunities to increase Income (Overtime & Incentives) Annual Bonus scheme various company-wide benefits that promote financial well-being.
