What You’ll Achieve

  • Drive new business growth across the legal sector, with opportunities to expand into the estate agency and wider property market.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, introducers and strategic partners.
  • Manage, develop and report on a high-quality pipeline, providing clear weekly updates to the Commercial Director.
  • Lead engaging face‑to‑face and remote meetings that move opportunities forward.
  • Convert marketing‑led activity into meaningful commercial conversations and qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver against ambitious annual sales targets and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and disciplined sales processes using Dynamics.
  • Track and report on KPIs, pipeline performance and revenue contribution.
  • Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events and go‑to‑market activity.
  • Build a strong understanding of legal and property market dynamics to identify and unlock growth opportunities.

About You

  • You bring at least two years of sales or business development experience.
  • You have a proven B2B sales background and enjoy building new opportunities.
  • You are disciplined in generating and securing high-quality appointments.
  • You are confident selling solutions and shaping value‑led conversations.
  • You are proactive, self‑motivated and energised by a target‑led environment.
  • You bring strong emotional intelligence and build credibility quickly.
  • You are a confident presenter, comfortable engaging prospects in person and online.
  • You are experienced in using CRM systems to manage activity and pipeline visibility.
  • You have strong IT skills and are comfortable working with modern digital tools.

Additional Strengths

  • Experience in the legal sector would be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of the legal property or estate agency market would be highly valuable.
  • An existing network across legal or property markets would be beneficial.
  • You will bring polish, credibility and confidence when presenting to senior audiences.

Working Environment

This is a home‑based role with travel across the UK. You will attend our Northampton Head Office a minimum of one day per week, with occasional overnight stays as required. The role offers flexible working, clear targets and a rewarding commission structure.
