About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage our young people and Adults Supported Accommodation that expertly responds to the needs of young people and adults ages 16-18 years old in our care, keeping them safe from harm while preparing them for a fulfilling life ahead. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact on-site as the Registered Manager, lead and manage a team of support workers and a wider team, liaise with Ofsted and CQC regulatory bodies, manage budgets and rosters effectively, report directly to the directors, and manage training and development of staff.

Responsibilities

  • To keep abreast of developments in social services practice
  • To be individually accountable for standards of professional practice
  • Familiar with Ofsted and CQC regulations and protocol
  • Holder of NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care
  • At least three years’ experience of working (paid) with young people and adults with challenging behaviours
  • Experience leading and managing a team

Benefits Package

  • Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, willing and ready to take on-call duties
  • Hours between 9.00 am – 17:00 pm
