Are you an experienced ICU Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a modern, supportive critical care environment? We’re looking for compassionate and motivated Band 5 Intensive Care Nurses to join a leading ICU in Marylebone, providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Role
As an ICU Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate and high‑quality care to critically ill patients and their families.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating individualised patient care.
- Caring for patients with complex and changing clinical needs.
- Working closely with doctors, allied health professionals and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Safely administering medication and maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control.
- Recognising and responding promptly to changes in patients’ conditions.
- Supporting patients and their families with compassion and professionalism.
- Participating in admissions, transfers and discharge planning.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Supporting colleagues, students and junior staff.
- Contributing to teaching, clinical audit, research and service improvement.
- Continuing to develop your specialist ICU knowledge and clinical skills.
About You
We’re looking for nurses who have:
- Current NMC registration
- Previous acute hospital ICU/critical care experience (2 years)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- A compassionate and patient‑centred approach
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and decision‑making skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast‑paced critical care environment
